We are dedicated to quality care for residents, serving all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. We emphasize resident’s assistance to retain the ability to provide self-care. We see our residents as whole individuals. In addition to supportive physical care, we also feel the importance of assisting residents with their spiritual needs as well. Meeting the cultural needs of our residents is also significant for us. While giving assistance to our residents with their activities of daily living, we are still encouraging the highest level of independence as possible.

A-1 Ascended Senior Care is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly with four Private rooms and One Shared room, with a total of up to Six beds. Our home, located on a quiet tree-lined street in Granada Hills, is ideal for residents who could benefit from high staff to resident ratios. We invite you to come and visit and see what we offer.
