We are dedicated to quality care for residents, serving all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. We emphasize resident’s assistance to retain the ability to provide self-care. We see our residents as whole individuals. In addition to supportive physical care, we also feel the importance of assisting residents with their spiritual needs as well. Meeting the cultural needs of our residents is also significant for us. A-1 Ascended Senior Care is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly with four Private rooms and One Shared room, with a total of up to Six beds. Our Services

Compared to larger assisted living facilities, we provide a more focused, individualized form of care in a warm and comfortable environment. At A-1 Ascended Senior Care, our 24-hour care staff provide help with all levels of activities of daily living, such as:

- Three nutritious home-cooked meals a day in Dining Room.
